    • Refunds before delivery, you will refund the full payment including delivery fee.

Refund Policy

  • Allowed: Yes, within 3 days in Bahrain.
  • Method: Refunds via bank transaction, BenefitPay, or cash.
  • Processing Time: Refunds processed the same day after item verification.

Exchange Policy

  • Allowed: Yes, within 3 days in Bahrain.
  • Method: We will collect the item for a 2 BD fee and deliver the new item for 2 BD.
  • Over/Underpayment: Adjustments will be made based on price differences.

Cancellation Policy

  • Allowed: Yes, for both local and international orders.
  • Local Orders: Cancel before receipt for a full refund.
  • International Orders: Cancellation allowed within 24 hours before shipping.
  • Processing Time: Refunds are processed immediately for local orders; international refunds take 7-10 working days.
